"I was able to book online but had some questions about our stay. When I called the hotel, the person I spoke to was not friendly at all. Every time I called, the phone rang at least a dozen times (yes, I counted). When we checked in, the counter person was not very friendly. The shuttle from the airport was great. "Our flight arrival was late in the night and the car rental was closed by the time we got in. I’m glad that we spent the night over to get a fresh start. It was my first time in the Hilton Garden Hotel which I usually stay at DoubleTree. From the pick up, checking in, delicious breakfast and checking out, I highly recommend this place. "Room was clean and staff was amazing! Again, AMAZING. I say that because they were so kind and checked in on me and my family while we were there while our home was under repair. My kids enjoyed their breakfast every morning, I didn’t have to get them out of bed and love that they have a kitchenette. Highly recommend.
