"We booked for 6, but our room was not available so we were given a different room. It only had a normal couch, not a pull out bed. Reception told us they could bring us up a rollaway bed. "We stayed here for 3 nights during world cup since hotels closer to Seattle center were booked and extremely expensive. For what it is, it is fine. There were no safety concerns but the sounds of the highway were extremely loud in the room. The location is up a very large hill in an abandoned industrial area that was tedious with luggage. "Our stay was just okay. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and fresh towels are not supplied to the room unless you go out of your way to get them. It felt as though the hotel simply provides the physical space, and you are expected to manage the rest. I was really hoping for standard daily room service during my stay."
