"When we arrived after a full day of travel and chores, we were tired and hungry and just want to go to the mall next door to run errands and eat. It was close to the mall's closing time so we were quite concerned. However we were told they OVERSOLD and have NO ROOM AVAILABLE for us. They wanted us to move to a different hotel 10 minutes away. The very reason we booked this hotel was because of its proximity to South Center where we had some errands to run. I asked for the on-duty manager who was...

"Hi I’m very unhappy with the room we received. We check in late and when we got to our room the smell stinky feet was very strong, in the bedroom with a tv. Also the dresser in that room had some sticky residueon the top. Looked like coffee. The counters were not wiped down. The side of the fridge near the stove had particles of food stuck it. As well as coffee splattter on the wall between the window and sink. The blinds are dirty as well. The chair had a lot of crumbs in the crack. I have...

"My husband and I liked our super clean room with its king size bed. The only retraction was our neighbour blaring his TV late into the night then first thing in the morning. There were so many restaurants nearby which we really enjoyed. Great value and a great breakfast."

"This hotel was very clean and they tried to update the units but you can definitely see places of wear and tear throughout. The King bed was very comfortable but for a room that says it sleeps 4/5 there was absolutely no bedding for the 3rd and 4th people on my reservation. The “bed” for the 3/4/5th people is a hard, leather cheap sectional that we could barely get into a “bed” because it was so clunky."
