"It was 12:45 AM when we were checking in and we had to leave at 5:30 AM for the airport for our flight. We just wanted to check in and sleep. However, they have a new virtual clerk (possibly stationed in Indonesia or Singapore) and it took almost 30 minutes for us to check in.
