"I was given what was called an upgraded room. It looked like it had new carpet, but although there was plenty of space for a couch and/or chair, there was no place to sit but the bed. There was also no actual closet--just three pegs on the wall. Since I was traveling for business, this was very inconvenient. I also had to ask for an ironing board, which when it arrived had a nail sticking out of it. The bathroom amenities consisted of a bar of soap with no soap dish--the soap stuck to the counter as soon as it got wet. And the windows appeared to be filthy on the outside. To top it off, room service did not appear until 4 days into my stay--there was no notice about this or when to expect it. I'll look for somewhere else to stay next time I have meetings near the airport."

"Very clean room, the bathroom was nicely remodeled. It was a very basic and small room with not much space but fit the needs for a one night stay after a flight. The breakfast was not very enticing so I would recommend considering other options for breakfast if you wanted something healthy. "

"We had booked four nights there, but wound up checking out after the first night. It wasn’t a terrible building in facilities, but the clientele was very noisy. Late at night we had somebody knocking on the door looking for somebody that was not checked in our room. We did not get any sleep because it was so noisy and busy all throughout the night. The staff was wonderful though when I told them something came up and we were checking out early. They refunded me for the three nights we didn’t stay."
