"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great for what we needed. Having the transit train right across the street made it very convenient to be able to go to T-Mobile Park for the baseball game. I like that they have a shuttle to the mall for free. Only thing I would like is to have a free breakfast rather than having to pay for it."

"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"We traveled for a World Cup game and the front desk staff was great! They helped letting us know about the area and were very kind, and even helped scheduled transportation to the airport for us. I also thought the hotel was located in a good central part of the city, but still not in a loud crowded area. ~15 min walk to the water/market and ~30 from the stadium. The rooms were nice, bathroom was clean, and AC worked. There was also a little kitchen set up in the room, which I didn’t have to...

"The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing. When I arrived, Autumn was so welcoming, helped me to my room, and even upgraded me after my disasterous day. The room and courtyard were so charming and cozy. My bed... "This property needs soo much maintenance. I was very disappointed, upset, not satisfied at what so ever. I checked in I was placed in a room where the shower had no shower nob it was broken, no hair dryer, not enough towels. Front staff very helpful got me and my family into a different room. Little better but then the tv wasn’t working tv was just sat in top of a drawer. Plugs not working. I will not be staying their future thumbs down"
