"The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. "When we got in the caravan it was dirty no bins emptied no bedding we had to go buy sheets devets. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and had used sanitary pads in there. The toaster had to be cleaned before use. Smelt really bad due to nothing being cleaned. We came home on the a day early because we were so disappointed. "
