"The hotel and staff are amazing. Nicholas was helpful with calls and answering all questions. He went over and above to ensure our stay was exceptional. Even when he was off on the days I was there. Thank you Nicholas! Jose and Harvy we polite and helpful. They took care of the car, baggage and even the extra bikes we brought. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Everything was wonderful and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. Thank you for an amazing experience and we will be back!!"
