"Loved our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great and room was too. The only issue was that the elevator doors would close extremely fast and would not bounce back once they made contact with a person. On 2 occasions someone else in the elevator had to push the doors open. I returned home with a very large bruise on my shoulder. Hopefully, the elevator has been adjusted by now as it could be very dangerous."

"The room and overall stay was good. The bartender GiGi was awesome as well. We received the room directly in front of the elevator. It got loud at times. However, the only inconvenience is there is no onsite parking if you’re renting or driving. The parking they provided closed early so we were unable to park. Also, there is no on street parking nearby as told by the receptionist at the front desk."

"Pros: Friendly, efficient front desk and bell staff, excellent location, comfortable bed, good value for NYC. Clean throughout. Alley-facing room, so no view, but very quiet. Cons: Standard room typical Manhattan small, but not extremely so. Bathroom, however is awkwardly small with no counter space or useable shelf for toiletries. Unnecessarily unfriendly security staff. "Very cute hotel. Nice and clean. Staff were friendly. The windows in the wall separating the toilet from the rest of the room is a bit strange, even sharing the room with your most intimate family. There doesn’t seem to be a business area, so someone took a loud meeting in the hallway at 7 AM (not really the hotel’s fault but maybe a designated room could accommodate this kind of thing?)
