"I really enjoyed my overnight stay in May, despite some of the negative reviews I had read beforehand. My room was spotless, fresh, and had no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning worked perfectly on both settings, and I especially loved the bathroom very clean, and the shower was excellent. The only downside was that the walls are fairly thin, so noise does carry. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors for a quieter stay. "100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia."
