"Our room wasn't ready for us to start with. Check in was 2:00 pm and at 4:00 pm the room was ready. The bedding had stains and burns. The fridge didn't work well. One day out of the 4 our room never got cleaned. The beds are so worn out I was left with a backache. Good price, but not a good stay!"

Highway is loud but we always bring a white noise machine anyway so it didn’t bother us. Noon checkout was awesome. Reception staff was so sweet."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the conditions were completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, there were live bugs on the walls and dead bugs all over the floor. This alone should have been a red flag, but the situation got worse. On the final night, I discovered bedbugs in the room. At that point, it became clear that this was not just a minor cleanliness issue but a serious sanitation problem. Staying in that environment was extremely uncomfortable, and I now have concerns about contamination of my belongings. This is not something any guest should have to deal with, especially over multiple nights. I reported everything at checkout and am pursuing a full refund. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Until these issues are properly addressed, this property should not be hosting guests."
