"Nice clean room. Renovated. Bathroom was well stocked with an excellent shower with great waterpressure. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good AC which kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. Only suggestion is maybe an additional trash container."

"The room i had was fairly decent. I was really surprised since the exterior and landscaping is in terrible shape. I honestly think their prices are to high there though because it looks slummy. I was also conversing with others staying there and they said I got 1 of the better rooms. Plus they also charge you $20 a night for a pet, which is not stated on their website so just an FYI. Would I stay there again? Prob not since it sounds like I got lucky. Everything in the room was clean."

"Rooms smelled like cat pee and were dirty/dingy. Tried to get a different room and had the same issue. Multiple people were asking for refunds and different rooms. It was the front desk person's first day, and she couldn't answer any questions, didn't know how to transfer rooms, and at one point just stopped talking. Horrible experience."

"The stay was great the room was nice. Kickback and breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was not getting to use the hot tub bc it was packed with about 20 KIDS. They were in and out splashing and jumping which was very frustrating. We were hoping to relax for a night and couldn’t even fit in the hot tub with children 11 and under packed in. No fault to the hotel but maybe offer an hour of only adult time, which would be nice."

"Nice clean room, everything was in pristine order. Parking is free and safe location. Everything you need is walking distance with Bob Evans Restaurant across the parking lot. Shopping Center across the street and Costco as well. So many restaurants on Mayfield Rd to choose from. Hotel was safe and secure, the only downside was the Marijuana smokers, the hotel has a policy of no smoking whatsoever, but these people didn't care. "I think the only thing that was lacking was dietary options in the breakfast. Gluten allergies are very hard on the body. Having some gluten-free options that are clearly marked and individually wrapped, give accessibility options. They could be made available upon request if some items require refrigeration or freezing."
