"I loved the actual hotel and the rooms and overall property is fantastic! The only complaint I had was the service at the bar/restaurant aren't the best. They only had 1 person who could speak English and the staff seemed generally a little unfriendly. We made jokes "this is the time of the night where we get yelled at by the staff". They always seemed like we were bothering them to ask a drink etc. I think if you are Italian you get better service. That said, overall the stay was a joy! "

"One of the best locations on the island for first time visitors. You get off the ferry and in a three minute walk you are at the hotel. The hotel is italian-style with the owner checking you in and someone else at the front desk helping out too. The owner takes pride in his hotel you can tell so make sure to not complain or give him any problems and then he is friendly.
