"Room was clean and great location. However very difficult to find the actual building. The sign on the front of the building did not match name of the building on the reservation. It is in a treacherous spot… with the steep hill and roller bags. Better sign and communication would certainly have helped!"

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Lissabon. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage – viele Restaurants und schöne Ecken waren gut erreichbar. Das Hotel war außerdem sehr sauber und die Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!"

"Well situated. Most iconic places are walkable from hotel if you are avid walkers (20k to 25K steps a day). Enjoy the area around hotel it is safe although they are active pickpockets around. Simply be aware of that like any major cities. Timeout market is a place to add to your agenda as we only went to it the last day and regretted the fact we hadn't been sooner. We also visited Belem and Sintra with meeting point for Sintra being only 300 meters away( Booked through Get your guide). In room...

"Room was clean, and staff was responsive and kind and helped out. Unfortunately the maids came in and changed the air conditioning up to a high number and we couldn't get it back down to a comfortable temperature after they changed it no matter what buttons we pressed. We also chose to park our car in the garage, and multiple times the gate would not open. Luckily our flight was delayed, but if the flight had been the original time we would've missed it! "Location is perfect. Metro station right outside the door, rossio train station a short walk away, tons of restaurants, shops, bakeries and sites all convenient. Apartment was BIG and great for a family stay. Would stay again. The elevator is quite slow and small so often took the stairs. Not a problem for me but keep that in mind. Mat not be so good if you have mobility issues."
