Staff was amazing. Catering and Diana went over and above their regular duties. So helpful with explaining the area, sites to see, transportations and anything we needed to know they were so informative. All the staff were very helpful. Should be proud of them representing your hotel. Room was just like the photos perfect. Pool was the extra plus that we thoroughly enjoyed. If every back again would definitely stay here again

Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Grocery store across the street, massive mall about 10 minutes away, 10 minute walk to the train station and then about a 20 minute train ride to Alfama! Rooms are large and spacious, comfortable beds the only complaint I have is the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the rooms around you (including people snoring haha)
