"We were assigned a handicap room 211. We are not disabled. We asked to change room they said they were full. Next we discovered the TV was not working. They came and fixed it. After 10 pm my husband decided to take a shower the handheld shower head fell off. He attached it back and tried again the shower head was not working. We called down again to see if they can move us to a functioning room. They insisted all 150 room was occupied. My husband asked them to come up and acknowledge...

"The location was great and the staff was really helpful. The room is very basic, but it felt clean and provided what I needed for a quick one night layover."

"Staff were excellent. Room was clean but some minor maintenance issues, issues with closing the bathroom door and some paint scuffs. Location was great in respect to the airport, train station, and shopping. In comparison to some other hotels we stayed in, price was high in respect to quality and amenities. Both restaurants, rooftop and Quilty’s were very good. Probably would not stay again because of price vs other better value options."

"The add for the accommodations showed air conditioning. I didn’t realize the booking i made didn’t include air conditioning. It would be nice to at least have a fan for the non- air conditioned boats. Other than that, it was a good accommodation."
