Room was what I expected for the low price. Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit was broken so it was a bit stuffy in the room. The front desk gave me a fan which helped a lot. I would stay here again if I were to return to Lisbon.

Perfectly serviceable place to stay. Nothing fancy, but I had no issues. It’s a very touristy area but this street is a bit quieter than others nearby. I enjoyed my stay.

We have to walk server blocks to get in no one was available it was roaches in room my room window was open no linen only one towel I would like refund I booked 8 rooms everyone was dissspointed

It may have been more our fault than that if the property. It’s a short step up from a hostile. It’s fine if you’re a young person travelling on a budget. It’s not suitable for older couples or families.

There is a shower and a sink in the room. The location is very good, in the center and there is a good restaurant just next door. Excellent relation price/quality

There were cockroaches the second we got there. The location is perfect and the staff was extremely friendly. To be honest, you get what you pay for. The bed, and the room as well, were on a slant.

Bargain price without losing quality

Excellent location. Nice staff, secure. Housekeeping was by your choice but very good. Internet reliable and quick. No tv but no matter. Absolute bargain price.

Good location at Centre City. Staff ok but made no effort to provide basic tourist info such as ATM's locations and metro services. For eg. no city or metro maps provided. English was limited.

With air conditioning it would have shut out the constant noise from the street below, including that of regular refuse truck visits. Closing the shutters effectively shut out all the noise but made the room unbearably hot during the night. That said, it didn't spoil our 19 nights at the property.

This property is really old and although it was clean, there was a strange smell in my room I couldn’t get past. The room had no ac or heater and it felt damp/humid. My sheets always felt damp as if they hadn’t properly dried before they put them on. Aside from that; the bed was comfortable and clean, the room was clean, check in and out was easy. The location is really the selling point especially for the price.

The rooms were probably at least 10 degrees hotter than outside/ the hallway. We kept the window open the entire stay and we could barely sleep even with it open. There is a private shower in the room but it was clogged and dirty. The beds were clean. This was really close to anything you would want to see/ do but the extreme heat that we had to endure was unbearable.

loved my stay! :p my friend and i are traveling on a budget and this hotel was honestly a perfect stay for what we needed. only two nights in lisbon and it worked perfectly. no toilet in our individual room, however we had a shower and sink. no AC in our room :( but we left the widows cracked and it felt perfectly fine. even got a little chilly. it’s in a good place to walk around and find shops, sight see, and go only about 30 minutes by foot away from viewpoints. great location especially if you’re willing to just walk around and see the beauty of lisbon. also the staff were great, spoke pretty good english and was very helpful.

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach, aber sauber und ordentlich, leider riecht es sehr unangenehm und es lässt sich nicht gut lüften. Die Rezeption ist mäßig freundlich und unflexibel. Für Kurzaufenthalt mit Schwerpunkt Sightseeing in Ordnung, aber eben nicht gemütlich.

Front desk staff not the friendliest, limited attendance, you get a door code to access the property.No paper maps of the city. Room was clean, in my room a shelf that is close to the bed and I really hit my head hard one day. No a/c, but small balcony and with open doors (5th floor)there was always a breeze. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Room w shower, bathroom down the hall.In that bathroom a hairdyer, an odd place for it, that didn't matter, it didn't work. Close to the centre, lost of cafes and restaurants around. Metro nearby.

Vollkatastrophe!!! Das ging gar nicht. Leider kann man hier keine Bilder hochladen. Schmuddelig ist noch geprahlt. Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer mit 2 Betten gebeten. Bekommen haben wir eins mit einem kleinen Doppelbett an der Straßenseite. Der Lärm war absurd. Nachts wird der Müll geholt - und zwar jede Nacht, ein Gullideckel scheppert jedesmal wenn ein Auto drüber fährt, die Restaurants werden in aller Herrgottsfrühe beliefert und dann beginnen die Bauarbeiten... Wir baten um ein zusätzliches Handdtuch, weil wir beide sehr lange Haare haben. Die Antwort war ein klares "nein"! Ich fragte nochmal an der Rezeption, die Zimmerdame und deren Chefin. Dreimal nein... Zur Strafe wurde uns dann auch noch das kleine Handtuch für die Hände gekürzt... Ohne Worte. Personal teilweise freundlich, teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Die Rezeption ist zu den angegebenen Zeiten auch nicht immer besetzt, also überlegt euch, ob ihr eure Koffer am Abreisetag da abstellt, denn die Chance ist durchaus gegeben, dass ihr mehrere Stunden lang nicht mehr ran könnt, weil das Personal verschwunden ist. Wir haben uns entschieden unsere Koffer gleich mitzunehmen, da wir dort mehrmals erlebt haben, dass das sonst problematisch werden kann. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen. Die Lage ist jedoch super. Man ist in ein paar Minuten am Fluss, die Metro ist auch gleich um die Ecke und der nächste Supermarkt auch nicht weit. Am Eck ist ein Cafe in dem man ein richtig tolles Frühstück bekommt.

Place was ok. Nothing spectacular, but i didn't expect much for what I paid. It was clean enough. The decor was odd. The light fixtures had pictures of some dude on there. The cleaning lady was super nice. I would recommend if you want a bare bones place thats clean, close to everything, and cheap.

It’s a good value for the price - when you book in advance. Basic furniture, no air conditioner or fan - luckily it’s not too hot. Having the shower in the bedroom is a plus. Sharing the bathroom wasn’t too bad. The building is old, and the elevator not always work.
