Hotel plein de charme. Chambre agréable. Petit déjeuner plus que copieux. Bien situé. Le soir la music de la rue n'est pas un soucis, la chambre est bien insonorisée.

Unique character hotel, interesting design features and strong shower. Although many stairs the Brazilian man on reception kindly lifted both our heavy suitcases to the 4th floor, and also helped a lot with local touring information. Also the location is great for the lively buzz of Pink Street.

Our room was noisy all night from an internal machine-type sound that sounded every several minutes. Our room was also smelly the first two nights, but after cleaning staff came in (on day 3) it got better. The breakfast was good (for extra fees).

Great central location but on a very busy street (which didn’t bother us at all and we didn’t hear much noise at night, but depending on where the room is, the noise could be a factor). Fun, cool vibe with an active lobby area. We really enjoyed our stay, but probably best for young and adventurous travelers.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, despite a few negative points. The Expedia listing states that laundry facilities are available, but this was not the case. We had specifically chosen this hotel for that reason. Fortunately, we were able to find a public laundromat about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is very well insulated from outside noise, and we could not hear any street noise. However, the soundproofing between rooms and common areas is not as good. Some guests were very loud when returning to the hotel in the middle of the night. There were also renovations that started early in the morning. We slept with earplugs, and it was still manageable. The room itself was very beautiful. However, the toilet and shower offer very little privacy. The breakfast buffet, available for an additional fee, was excellent. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, with the above points in mind.

The staff were wonderful! I left a note on my booking to let them know it was our honeymoon - and when we entered our room they had folded the towels into swans and sprinkled the bed with rose petals. They also left us a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this hotel :)

Recepção e equipe excelentes, atendimento impecável. Acolhimento dura na estadia. Como as demais avaliações realmente a falta de elevador pode ser ruim para quem tiver limitações de locomoção. Café da manhã extraordinário! Pontos melhoria, ganchos e suportes para pendurar toalhas e roupas.

The hotel and staff were very attentive, however the room was the smallest we encountered on our trip - I wouldn't recommend this for travelers with children - bath and shower are in the same room as bed-there's no separation. It was a 5 story walk up - not in the description and no help with luggage from staff. With three flights per story, we had to walk 15 flights of stairs every time we went in or out of our room - carrying the luggage was the worst. Good news, it will get you in shape for walking around Lisbon. We would have booked elsewhere if we knew. Also, the stay was quite loud

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was replenished regularly. The breakfast staff did a good job of keeping tables cleared and clean. The is a cute bar in the lobby offering several options. Umbrella tables are out front providing a great place to sit and people watch. There isn’t an elevator so be prepared for rustic steps.

Property was beautiful and centrally located. A bit hard to find but a local shop owner quickly saw we were lost and helped us out! Was a bit surprised to find there was no elevator in the building but staff helped with our bags and advised they are installing an elevator this year. Would definitely go back!!
