Amazing place to stay in Lisbon, close to everything. Clean and bright. We came with our 2 kids, there was a lot of Space for the 4 of us. The host was really proactive when we had questions. If we ever go back to Portugal, i would definitely come back to this appartment.

Not clean apartment. Beds were so bad and uncomfortable and pillows too. Communication poor. Would never come again. No basic staff in apartment like shower gel or water or shampoo. Arrived with two kids at the evening and need to go and search for shop. The worst part are u comfortable beds and pillows😢😢😢

Hubo dos detalles que no me gustaron. Uno es que me dijeron que me iban a poner contacto con una persona para hacer un check in temprano y nunca me contestaron los mensajes. Lo segundo es que cuando llegamos había una persona de mantenimiento haciendo bastante ruido y además pues al entrar no esperas encontrar a nadie. Todo lo demás muy bien, la ubicación excelente

Location is great. The place was very clean. The negatives: the shower was broken, the shower drain was blocked the sofa bed was broken. My stay was for 5 days, I brought all these concerns to the staff in the first day and got no response and send follow-up message, but is was ignored as well.

The place was clean and ready when we got there. Location was also good with lots of walkable places. Communication with the host went well via expedia app and whatsapp. My one issue is that the soap dispenser was empty in the shower. Only noticed much later in the evening but thankfully there was soap in the bathroom sink dispenser that I could transfer. Oh, the kitchen faucet was also loose - worked but the whole fixture seemed like it would cone off. We didn’t use it so didn’t matter to us.

I do not usually leave a review 'good or bad' but the management of this place is border line criminal. I had read a previous review complaining of no response to a bunch of broken items. Unfortunately I gave to the benefit of doubt and was scorned. Shower head was broken off. Pull out bed had no legs on one side therefore only 1 person could sleep on it comfortably. Cleaning never showed up! No response to above complaints for 48 hrs and only after my second complaint regarding not responding to the first complaints. Their response was thanking me for my patience as the issues were being dealt with. However nothing was resolved and no other communication occurred during or after our visit! Buyer Beware!

We loved the apartment and the location! We were able to walk almost everywhere. The restaurant across the street (Maria Catita) is very good. We were 3 people and the size of the apartment was perfect. We highly recommend it.

Appartement extrêmement bien placé, propre et spacieux. En revanche il n’est pas chaleureux, la décoration est pratiquement inexistante. L’équipement du coin cuisine semble suffisant. (Plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, lave-linge, matériel de cuisine, machine à café). Personnellement nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. Le lit de la chambre fait beaucoup de bruit et le canapé lit qui se trouve dans la pièce de vie n’est pas pratique. J’ai regretté les difficultés pour payer en ligne les taxes de séjour car les liens fournis n’étaient pas valables. Sans paiement en ligne impossible d’obtenir les codes d’accès à l’appartement car il n’y a pas de réception. Malgré ces quelques inconvénients l’appartement est très intéressant car il est à deux pas de tout. Cependant je ne le recommande pas pour 4 personnes malgré les deux couchages.

Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again. The check in process was virtual and could only be completed two days before our stay. Since I was in the middle of my trip, I had to spend valuable trip time inputting passport information on my phone so I could get my code to get in. Besides that, we couldn’t figure out the TV. Everything was pay per view and we couldn’t find any free channels. The mattress was so uncomfortable and gave me back pain. The floor is so creaky underneath the bed that whenever you turn you’ll wake up your partner. The shower and bathroom sink drain really slow so when you shower you’re standing in two inches of water. And the kitchen/living is really echo-y so if you have someone sleeping in the living room, you’ll hear them the whole time. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because it was really spacious and the location couldn’t be better.

We stayed one night at Casas da Baixa – Lighthouse Apartments, and it was a great experience. The place is in an excellent location, and the apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. The building itself is old but the apartment has been renovated, I terior was clean and well decorated. You can hear the neighbors, we had trouble sleeping one night when they partied till 1 in the morning. Cafes, groceries and restaurants are walking distance. 15 minute walk to plaza Mayor.
