The apartment was awesome. Big, spacious and well equipped. Two big bedrooms with two bathrooms. The kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, washer/dryer. We were very comfortable. The check in was smooth. My only caution is that there was not a way to drop off and store luggage ahead or at the end. This location was handy to buses and trams but you are a 12 to 15 minute walks to the subway. The famous Tram 28E drops you off at the corner which is about 15 steps to the door.

The door knobs in the bed rooms are not easy to turn, I was locked up in my bedroom because I couldn’t open the doors, and my wife had to grab a knife from the kitchen to open the two doors of my bedroom. One of the toilets cover was loose in one of the bathrooms.

L'appartement est très bien, en revanche en rez de chaussée, ce qui n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce, donnant sur la rue et sur une cour non aménagée. Logement propre.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was very large and spacious with 3 bathrooms. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. The floors appeared unclean and the entire space had a strong musty, damp smell. There was visible mould on the walls, and the pillows also had a musty odour. The sofa was worn out and should be replaced.The washing machine was not working properly; we had to call an engineer to empty it, as the door would not open. Additionally, I received a small electric shock from a plug socket in the smaller bed room, which is a serious safety concern.I recommend that the management team or property owners urgently investigate and resolve these issues to ensure future guests have a safe and comfortable stay.

Location was great, close to transport, restaurants and shops. The place was massive, rooms were absolute good size and appliances were in good working condition. Lacking in communication was the issue in sending of the door code ahead of time. We have waited almost an hour outside of the main door despite the constant reminders requesting for it days ago. Communication was really poor with the property management, messages and calls were dismissed. There were hairs and dust eveywhere on the floor.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My family and I had a terrible stay here and ended up leaving early. It was very difficult to communicate with the property and received little assistance when we arrived for check in. We stood outside of the apartment building for 45 minutes before hearing back from the property. It was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. The comforter had stains and was dirty. Luckily we were able to get ahold of someone to bring us a new comforter. To top it all off, the second night we were there, we discovered bed bugs. We reached out to the property to let them know we would be leaving early and that we would like a refund for our stay. We even sent pictures of the bed bugs. Never heard back from them. We had to spend a good chunk of our vacation attempting to wash and disinfect all of our clothes at the laundry mat. The least they could do is reply to us and offer a refund. I will be contacting Expedia for further assistance, unfortunately. I would not recommend this property for your stay.

Generally, especially for the price, a good apartment, excellent location and clean. Apartment felt a bit empty and could probably use some "touches" to make it feel more homely. Some issues with not enough hot water.

Constant dripping coming from toilet cistern, which can be heard from double bedroom. plumber was sent but didn’t resolve the issue. We had to buy ear plugs to get some sleep. Couldn’t use washing machine as it tripped the electrics. Problem reported but not resolved. It’s a shame we had these issues as the apartment is stunning. Shutters on windows did a brilliant job of dulling the noise of the bars in the street.

Not the apartment we thought we were getting!

We were told that details of our stay would be communicated to us 24 hours ahead of time, but when I landed in Lisbon I still didn't have the information to check in. The admin responded quickly but tried to delay providing the door code until 3pm. This made check in challenging because I was reliant on wi-fi to receive the information, an inconvenience that wasn't welcome after an overnight flight. We were assigned a different unit than what appeared in the photos. Although it was just around the corner, it was a different street address than what was indicated in the listing. Our apartment did not present as well as the photos. It was dark and at street level and it needs a deep clean. After my first shower, a load of dust fell from the bathroom ceiling fan all over the floor and toilet. The shower wouldn't drain and I had to watch the water levels so it wouldn't overflow as I showered. It was very dusty throughout the unit. There's a nightclub across the street and on weekends people were smoking on our doorstep. The noise level quietened down around midnight so there was no problem for sleeping.

Disappointing

The location was great and the building itself was lovely. But it was let down by a few things. It wasn't overly clean - there were hairs in the sink and the matresses were filthy and brown (and easily seen because the sheets didn't stay on). There weren't enough pillows and there was nowhere to store luggage on the day of departure. Also there was no safe. Plus, the water tank in the kitchen cupboard was contstantly leaking and they didn't seem bothered. We had to keep emptying the plastic tub that was catching the leaking water so that the entire kitchen didn't flood

This was well located for our needs whilst staying in Lisbon. However there were a couple of niggly things such as holes in the towels, staines on the sofa/chair and the shower seal didn’t work. So ended up with water all over the floor around it each time any of us had a shower. As other reviews have said the street noise is rather loud and on the Friday night didn’t stop until 3.30am. But the bedroom at the back of the property was lovely a quiet. We could have done with more than 1 toilet with the bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment and there was an odd area that looked like it was possibly intended to be an ensuite, but wasn’t. Overall we had a good stay and absolutely loved Lisbon.
