Great location. Staff ready to answer any questions. The studio is clean and modern. Very sparse kitchen. The shower does not have a cubby or caddy for shower gel and soap. The bottles are on the floor of the shower! Also not big enough for family with teenagers.

I could not get into the apartment everytime I needed to by using the key given to me. I have multiple videos of this occurring. This is a major safety issue. Morgan-Jupiter Apartments Management did not contact me to address this problem (I am still waiting). Staff stated they were actually aware of this problem with this unit, but rented it out to me regardless. Absolutely horrible and unsettling coming back to your rental apartment, sometimes after midnight and there is no way to get in to your apartment and no way to contact any staff. Worst experience ever!!!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Enough dishes to be able to make some meals, if wanting. High ceilings to reduce noise. Great location for ease to the subway and major tourist destinations, but far enough to reduce noise. Location uphill from major locations so may not be a good choice for those with limited mobility.
