I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. Many amenities need to be paid (even the tea bags and sugar packets are not free). The bed sheets and towels are very thin and rough. They only switch towels and bedsheets every 3 days. One day the cleaning lady didn’t even start cleaning our room until 4pm which we declined because we were in the room. The location isn’t good either. There’s better locations to stay at.
When we first arrived, we noticed a damp musty smell in our room that didn’t go away. The next morning we spoke to the front desk regarding changing rooms. They said they were fully booked but when we checked online, there were still rooms available. They offered to clean our room which turned out to be a temporary solution as the smell came back quickly. Then the AC started to leak water. My suitcase was right under the AC! Luckily, we were there when the AC was leaking so I was able to move the suitcase away without too much damage but the AC just kept leaking water. We spoke to the front desk and again, they said theres no available rooms to move us to. It was only after we complained to Expedia for a refund that we were able to switch rooms.
They called us as we were falling asleep to switch to a new room. After saying there was no rooms suddenly there is a room available? We choose to switch rooms the next morning. The staff was not apologetic or concerned about the situation at all. I am most disappointed by the attitude of the staff.
