Beautiful use of the stone walls and the ceiling beams. Handy to waterfront with excellent shutters for sound proofing.

Not your typical room but we enjoyed it. We looked out onto the street and there were several restaurants right outside the door. Excellent location. Exceptional front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. 2 elevators. Luggage storage was available before/after checking in or out

It is a B&B unites, not a hotel! Not as website discretion! Lack a lot of amenities comparing to a hotel. Its location is very convenient to get to every place, but this neighborhood is a very busy area and creating a lot of noise at night!. It needs a upgrade.

The bathroom door was not only see thru but also not working. We had to use the bathroom with the door open. Hotel receptionist said the maintenance person was gone for the day but nobody showed up the entire stay. Bed was nice and firm, location was good. Room is much smaller than pics make it seem. It barely fits a double bed with two small nightstands. Carpet smelled like dirty feet. Overall is ok for a 3 star hotel. Would not stay again for the bathroom issue and the carpet smell.

The location was perfect for first time Lisbon 's visitor. Room was in first floor, it is old house decently maintained but moldy smell is there, room dehumidifier could do wanders for the place, if you open windows to let air circulate food smell from ground floor restaurants go in the room. Bathroom modern style needs to be re designed, glass doors aren't appealing for just a little of privacy, plus glass shower doors are too heavy and cracked from hinges, a dangerous mix, there is not air circulation and towels don't dry from morning to evening, so every day towels change is a most. Clear identification of shampoo and body wash could be good, and please at least two hand soap bars, by third day soap was almost not existing. I think, you need to change where you keep refrigerator, as cabinet is so hot that refrigerator isn't able to cool down beverages. I will be good a box of tissue paper, nothing extravagant, but a nice touch.

I have upgraded my room they give me not the room I was booked and there is no lights and room is horrible you have to pay for water and coffee everything is not free is chargeable and is not what it is said on their website Tv only have one channel which just news only I waiting for my refund and I never book this hotel This is no worth it
