Lovely little boutique hotel, we only spent one night but it was quiet, clean and very nice. One thing I would suggest, being a boutique hotel, might want to invest in some nicer body wash and shampoo etc for guest, the bottles in our room were not labeled as to what they were, also the paper cups in the bathroom seem a little basic for this type of hotel, just a suggestion :)

The staff could have smiled more and been more welcoming. We felt like we were bothering them by checking out. They charge extra for coffee, if I pay 800 dollars to stay at your hotel, coffee should be complimentary.

Properly has huge potential. Our faucet and toilet seat were loose. The shower smelled like sewage and was slow to drain. There were multiple broken mirrors in our room. The TV gets one channel no smart TV or streaming capabilities. Location is great and we felt safe. Taxi driver couldn't even find this location, they need better signage and directions.

The lady working the night shift was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, which made a positive first impression. However, my room was located right next to the kitchen of the neighboring restaurant, which significantly affected my comfort during the stay. The noise was particularly noticeable during peak lunch and dinner hours, especially the continuous ringing of the bell used to signal that food was ready. In addition, food odors from the restaurant frequently reached the room, which could be unpleasant. I would recommend that future guests request a room away from the neighboring restaurant’s kitchen, especially if they are sensitive to noise or food smells. With better room allocation or sound and odor management, the overall guest experience could be greatly improved.

Este Hotel no se lo recomiendo a nadie no se quien da las estrellas pero es una falta de respeto de 4 estrellas no tiene nada la habitación nada sirve goteo de agua de la tasa sanitaria el secador de pelo no funciona no hay donde colar la ropa no ponen ni shampoo ni acondicionador solo había un gel de ducha que no servía comprado en el chino de la esquina las toallas no las cambian un desastre muchos ruidos parecen que todos los ruidos están dentro de la habitación hasta una noche se fue la luz por qué se saltó el breque horrible no se porque Lo único que puedo destacar es que está céntrico Nada le doy 0

The only redeeming qualities about this place were how nice the staff was and the location. Immediately upon getting into the room the curtain in front of the bed fell completely off, allowing the hotel and restaurant across the way to see completely into our room all night, not to mention the street lights. Then then shower drain was clogged, flooding the bathroom and into the hallway. When I asked the front desk staff, then said they wouldn’t be able to have anyone come fix the curtain or the drain until Monday because it was the weekend. We were only there for Saturday night. Terrible stay, place is a dump, and they don’t even have the ability to fix issues should they arise.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Despite the hotel’s central location, it was very quiet, and almost everything was within a 5-minute walk. The only reasons I’m giving a slightly lower rating are that the shower had very little water pressure when using the shower hose, and the coffee in the room cost €2.50. The fridge also had water, juice, and snacks available for €2.50 each, which is understandable, but I think that coffee should be complimentary. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, spacious rooms, quiet atmosphere, and excellent location.

The location is perfect...a few minutes' walk from the most popular areas but in a quieter district for sleeping well at night. The staff was very helpful and made some great recommendations for truly local restaurants with delicious, affordable food. I really enjoyed my stay. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe in the hotel and in the neighborhood.

The hotel is in a perfect location to walk everywhere which I love. 3 mins walking distance from Baixa-Chiado train station which is very convenient. Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again.
