"Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up"

"The property tries to charge additional fees at check in for water and electricity usage. The room is not clean and the ac barely works. The front desk has bars up and is unavailable during normal business hours. Multiple long term tenants that are extremely noisy and the Marijuana smoke will stop you in your tracks. The refrigerator is gross and the ice trays still have stickers in the bottom under the ice cubes."

"The hotel rooms are showing their age. Good location but the rooms need remodeling/updating. Bathroom sink was dirty with hair. Some of the light bulbs in the bathroom were out. Handle on the shower/tub was stripped so we had to be very careful about setting the water temperature before getting in the shower. Beds were fine, although not sure if the A/C could keep up."

"I knew I booked the wrong hotel when there was bulletproof glass at the check-in desk. Rooms were filthy and the whole area felt unsafe."

"The property has seen better days. The exterior doors are filthy and banged up. The room itself seemed to be clean but the bathroom is so dated it would hard to say. Breakfast was fine. The staff is nice and friendly. Don’t think I can say that I will be staying here again unless it is renovated."

"Awful. Woke up with nausea from the awful paint covering cigarette smell. The fridge I opened to put something in it, Smelled like death. Wash clothes had stains. Sketchy place inside and outside. Felt unsafe when a guy follow my daughter and I from the traffic light to the hotel parking lot on his bike. Mattresses did not have mattress protectors, just fitted sheets. Force ourselves to sleep in the same bed, on top of the blankets with out hoodies and street clothes on bc we both felt so...
