"Great hotel in a relatively quiet location. The bed and the linen were great and the room very clean. Breakfast wasn't brilliant, most of the hot food seems to have been waiting around for a while being dry and lukewarm. "

"Great hotel, check in was easy. The gym was great, pool was busy! Dinner was nice (Seabass), I chose to eat in the bar. Very peaceful location, I'd definately stay there again if I was ever in the area. "

"I am afraid the experience was like 30 years ago. The rooms are clean but very dated. New bathroom though. Biggest issue was heating. We arrived at 3pm to a cold room. They had to change the heating timer for the whole hotel to warm our room … or so we were told. Later at 8-9 in the evening when we returned to our room the heating was already off again and the shower was Luke warm. The following morning was fine though. "

"Spa, room and staff all fantastic. We had a meal in the pub (Indian night) and was very disappointed, reminded me of a poor flavoured homemade meal, really not what i expected. Breakfast in the morning was great in every way. Would recommend, just not for the Indian. "

"On the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby café had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though. Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around...

"Reception courteous and efficient. Thank you Tracey. Light and noise through connecting door; appalling. Waste water macerater excessively noisy - at 6 am when neighbours checked out. Poor outside area. Altogether, main hotel was irrelevant. This was a low standard at an exorbitant price for what was provided. Not recommended. "
