"Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...

"I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together. "

"Fabulous small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. The owner was very welcoming and let us check in early. My friend and I stayed for one night. There were 2 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Tea and a coffee pod machine were very welcoming as was the water in the fridge. I don’t sleep very well, the bed was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking it on my next stay in...

"Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. "The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. "
