"Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars."

"We were a party of 6 spread into 2 rooms. We were in the tower, which was fine- although not that convenient since we were at the kids pool everyday, which is on the other side of the resort. The housekeeping service was excellent- never disturbed us - always working around when we were out. Rooms were left tidy and clean. Mostly, we spent our days at the kids pool. "Lovely stay at AC Marriott Wailea despite not-so-great weather. The staff was welcoming & helpful & the pool area and hot tub were lovely with a nice view. The facilities were clean and new. (Sometimes the poolside music got annoying, but staff was accommodating)"

"Beautiful property. Close to the beach-Kamaole beaches just across the street. Good location. Room had beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, goggles, ice bags for picnics. Overall clean. We will use this property again when we return!"

"Got here a week after the Kona low storm, so I don’t know how thinly stretched the staff was. The check-in staff was very nice, I overheard another guest, trying to navigate the fact that the water was out in their building, fortunately was not out in ours. Our room, however, had strong smells and smelled heavily of disinfectant which we think was trying to disguise food smells. There was an old noisy oscillating fan to provide some air movement and our ceiling fan didn’t work. The room overall...

"Our stay was very nice! This is definitely a motel and not a hotel, but we were very comfortable. The pool was full of plant debris and the hot tub was cold, so we did not use those unfortunately. It was very nice to have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided! The shower towels provided were the cheapest, thinnest, smallest towels I have ever been provided; consider bringing your own! House cleaning was advertised, but it was cancelled over half the time due to staff shortages. This was...
