"The first room had plenty of black mold and the second one was the same. Nothing about our room was luxurious as they advertised. It smelled musty and the furnishing sparse. We were told not to book the lower level rooms if we wanted a better suite. That definitely did not match what they advertised. On the positive side the location was excellent."

Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky. Not sure I recommend it for everyone. We had to communicate via Whatsapp, and sometimes responses were not fast enough."
