"The staff was okay, but not overly friendly throughout our stay. The location was great because the hotel is right off the boardwalk, which made getting around very convenient.
However, the property needs quite a bit of maintenance and updating. The sheets did not look crisp or bright white, and overall, the hotel was not very aesthetically pleasing. The hotel area looked somewhat run down.
One thing that really stood out was the carpet near the elevator. Parts of it appeared to be held down with masking tape, which made the hotel look very poorly maintained and honestly gave it a cheap appearance. The hotel was also very loud at night, which made it difficult to fully relax.
The elevators were another frustration. They would sometimes take you to floors you did not select or pass your floor completely, which became a hassle during the stay.
Parking was also inconvenient because it was located far from the hotel. Parking cost about $100 for the week, which felt like a lot considering the distance.
The best part of the hotel was definitely the indoor water park. It was amazing and was one of the main highlights of our stay.
Overall, the location and water park were the strongest parts of the experience. The hotel has potential, but it really needs maintenance, updates, and improvements to the overall appearance and guest experience."
