"The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment."

"Fabulous room and friendly service. Great choice and quality of breakfast, nice touches of cakes, biscuits and water in the room. Not the best WiFi connectivity, and a warning Google maps direct you to the opposite side of the road!"

" Good location on the edge of town, convenient for the buses along the North Norfolk coast. Short walk into the town. Ample car parking on the street or in the yard. Room was not overlarge but was clean and had everything needed and the decor was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Continental type breakfast ample and varied. Altogether, a very positive experience and we would be happy to book again when we come to Sheringham."

"Fantastic stay! The room was wonderful and thoughtfully catered for my dog. Often, pet-friendly rooms can feel a bit second-rate compared to others, but this was absolutely not the case. The room was spotless, cozy, and warm — complete with a dog bed, treats, bowls, and even poo bags, which was such a nice touch. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. The staff were outstanding — so helpful, friendly, and welcoming to both me and my dog. He was treated like a...
