"The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We arrived before check-in, and they were happy to store our luggage until the room was ready. They even let us check in earlier than the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. Marina, who welcomed us, was wonderful and took the time to explain everything clearly.
