"Struggled to find hotel. There was a connecting door that someone was trying every half hour. Won’t be back."

"We enjoyed our stay as it is on the terminal next to train station. We found location convenient especially arriving 1 am and train next day. First class amnesties as you expect from ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. Recommended."

"Water did not run out of the sink in the bathroom and we had no hot water. As we were only staying one night whilst waiting for our flight we did not have chance to mention this to staff. Not as good as last time we stayed. However food in the bar was good and our server Liam was very helpful. Good transport to and from the terminal."

"Check in was quick. Room was wonderfully clean and set up well for our family of 3. Bathroom was clean with large walk in shower. Liked the little touch of 2 apple juice cartons with the tea/coffees as we had a child with us. Was exactly what was needed when arriving at 2am. Breakfast staff who showed us to table was very friendly and showed us all around the breakfast as we hadn’t stayed before. Fried egg station oil needed to be hotter. "We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting Manchester for a concert. I was very impressed, they had 2 weddings receptions during our stay and we heard nothing! The room was clean, spacious twin beds, teapigs tbags and bottled water. Staff were friendly, a great stay."
