Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Downtown Little Rock

"We arrived at 9pm the evening of June 7th. There are no signs in the Parking lot and you can’t see the lobby entrance from the parking lot. Then you can’t get into the lobby without someone buzzing you in. There was no one at the front desk to let us in. Finally the guy comes bak to the front desk and let us in. We give him our name, he puts our room cards on the counter spits out our room number and effectively looked at us like move along. you have to park in a below ground level. The curved ramp down to the level is the only way in or out and it’s a single lane. If you encounter another vehicle in the ramp, one of you has to back out. There is no exit signs, no signs of where to park or where the lobby is. Poorly done!! Also the mattresses are cheap and you can feel the springs. I’m pretty sure I’m done with Comfort Inn."

"My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for a staycation while attending an event in the ballroom next door. The hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was amazing, and the view was exactly what we hoped for. Unfortunately, several inconveniences affected our stay. After returning from our event around 11:00 p.m., we discovered the restaurant, kitchen, and room service had all closed at 10:30 p.m. When we asked about snacks, we were surprised to learn there were no vending machines available. Since it was a Sunday night, most nearby restaurants were already closed as well. Thankfully, we had leftovers, but our room did not have a microwave. We were directed to the only microwave in the hotel, located downstairs, where several guests were already waiting. I do want to recognize Matthew at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. While the hotel itself was wonderful, I hope management considers adding vending machines, additional microwaves, and better late-night food options for guests."

"Room had leftover food on the ground and hair on the shower bottles which made it feel less than clean. Otherwise nice to have happy hour, clean pool for the kids to play and as always lots of room space. Gated paying $12 for parking in a regular hotel parking lot with no gate or extra security or lighting. It was clearly another way to make money and I could have for free and the same convenience parked at the next door shopping center."

"Very clean, very nice and professional staff, and beautiful structure and decor. However, poorly maintained - pool chemicals sat out near pool for days, most ice machines were not working due to no water, and no breakfast offered in cafe on wkend."

"I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. The desk attendant was carrying on a personal conversation the entire time she was checking us and others in. She wasn't exactly rude but she was curt and and not very friendly. The room was the bare minimum, not even a phone book."

"Check in was welcoming and seamless. Although the facilities experiencing an upgrade, our room was on a newly renovated floor away from the noise. We had a peaceful night and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We will return because they offer value, excellent location and ease with parking."
Hilton Garden Inn Little Rock Downtown

"We stayed for two nights. We used the valet parking. All the staff at Valet were very friendly. The roof top restaurant was closed due to remodeling. It was very quiet for the most part except the fire alarm went off the first morning. When we asked about it they first told us it was a test but then it ended up being the engine room was overheating. We would stay there again if we are ever in the area."
