"3階以上の客室は、エレベーターを乗り換える必要があり、さらに端っこの1箇所しか無いためスーツケースを運ぶのがとても大変。(スタッフが運んでくれるサービスはなし)
朝ご飯の案内が無く、事前に支払っている内容を聞いても調べてくれず不親切だった。朝食付きにしない方が良い。
総じてスタッフのサービスがお値段の割にとても悪かった。景色が良いことで全てが補われている。"

"The Beach House at Hermosa Beach was a is beautiful. Our room, on the third floor of the “East building,” felt like a beach cottage, with a simple but lovely layout including a deep tub, small kitchenette, fireplace and view of the beach from the sitting room and the balcony.
