"Second time here - different room, but the same problem.
There are no fire alarm in this room too!
I thought it is required for all hotels everywhere. We travel often and this is the only one we encountered without fire alarm in a rooms. I will stay at different hotel next time."

"Has an outdated feel, could use updates and maintenance but it was fine for our one night stay. Our son loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Conveniently located, clean. Breakfast was decent. Not a bad stay for the price. One of the cleaning staff was a little more rude than I thought appropriate when asking people to leave the pool, but maybe he was having a hard day."

"I was shocked as soon as I entered the lobby, it was filthy!!! "The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. I would give him 5 stars. Said would give us a room that would be comfortable and quiet. Then while walking to the room another worker tried to move us to another room, very strange. We kept the original room. The pool and spa were ok. Got noisy later on but after 10 pm it was quiet. The room needs to be updated. Carpet and walls, beds weren’t very appealing. The towels in the room definitely need to get NEW ONES!! "
