"The ac for our Room didn’t work and it felt like a sauna No air flow whatsoever We checked out the first night couldn’t sleep"

"Very nice, me and 3 friends came to stay and the beds were comfy and it was a really nice room, there isn’t a bathroom or shower in the room so keep that in mind but it does say that in description. And my only point was there was a smoky smell outside the room but the room smelt fine, so in case your sensitive to smoky smells. But the room was well ventilated and the fan was a nice touch. The owner was lovely super kind and helpful!"

"For a midweek night away or to be fair anytime away you can’t go wrong with Derby Manor. The rooms are excellent tidy and cleaned. The staff go over and above to ensure you have a wonderful stay. "Great guest house, great room, great en suite, great breakfast and friendly attendant. Probably the cleanest place we've stayed in. Very close to the railway station and only a few minutes' walk into the town centre. You could hear a bit of traffic but it soon blended in to the background."

"There was nothing to do at the hotel. The bar/restaurant is closed fully for foreseeable future. Only the hotel part is working. Parking was easy however aircon in room not working. Was supplied fan and an oil heater if required. Room was clean and conformable. This is place to basically stop over."

"I have just arrived home after spending two nights here. I booked the Garden Room which was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. No one over looking so lots of privacy. The room was extremely clean and the amenities supplied very thoughtful. Different teas, coffees, and milks supplied. "We stayed one night en route south It was quite acceptable and reasonable value for money. 👍 clean and quiet room, on-street parking payable between 9am and around 6pm but free overnight, good location in quiet road close to restaurants and shops if you need them, wonderful big bath towels, comfy bed, tea/coffee in room 👎 small room (wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple of nights tbh), £15 for hotel parking, cheap shower gel, restaurant closes at 20:15, lift wasn’t working"
