"Awful staff, especially with some man who is half Asian who claims to be supervisor there!!! He over charged us twice and he could not admit his mistake instead he claimed that is there policy which speaking to other employees that is NOT accurate at all!!!! I’ve stayed there over 6 years on business and after this incident I will no longer stay at this property! Management did nothing to apologize at all either. HORRIBLE F STAFF "

"Lukewarm water in the shower, noisy and very poorly insulated walls. Rooms are not carpeted in case you prefer carpeting. They do not disclose a $35 parking fee per night until check-in."

"Room was clean. Booked the Premium King room with Lanai. Upon check in we were given a premium room but it did not have a Lanai. When I asked where The Lanai was they said it was the name of the room and if I wanted a patio you have to reserve a room that said Patio. For a Polynesian branded hotel I assumed a Lanai was a patio so just a heads up when booking. Overall the staff were great, the food was decent and it’s a nice hotel. I would stay again and make sure to get a patio because the gardens are beautiful "
