"Lovely friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Nathan on the reception was all ways helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good. The hotel was warm and comfortable. It’s a little dated but still a nice hotel not far from the local amenities and there is a tram stop across the road. "
