"Very helpful staff Food was really good all round Lots of mosquitoes!"

"Staff was top-notch, very friendly and the free airport shuttles were a bonus."

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Livingstone from October 30th to 31st, paid about $395 for one night. We booked two twin beds through Expedia and confirmed by phone. On arrival, we got one large bed, then two narrow beds pushed together. Mosquitoes were everywhere. Breakfast was awful. A waitress said there were no takeaway containers, but her superior found one quickly. She laughed while I complained. Most disturbing was the unequal welcome. As Black guests, we got little warmth, even before any...

"Staff were professional friendly and respectful. Place was clean and well maintained. Our stay was perfect"

"This is a great hotel. Our river view room was spectacular. The staff were friendly. The overall surroundings are brilliant, well maintained, and we saw elephants having lunch in the neighbouring national park from a few feet away (through an electric fence!). It's well located to get into Livingstone and you really can't beat staying right on the banks of the Zambezi. The pool is nice, if slightly smaller than expected, and not heated. The service was sometimes slow. Food was good, not...

"Second stay here , some areas are still being built but a fantastic future and I look forward to seeing the finished product ."

"A great little lodge (about 10 rooms) with sensational friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were delicious. The bar is a little limited in range, but still good. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could need. Overall a very comfortable and beautiful lodge - we definitely hope to be back."

"Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and the on site food. Great location."

"Great hospitality and cleaness!"

"I realy do recommend staying here, the accommodation was beautiful, staff so freindly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. We saw so many wild animals in and around the river from our luxury tent. The sunset cruise from the hotel was excellent,"

"Awesome spot for a great price! Really good scrambled eggs in the morning. Just got to book a Yango to get there, or rent a car, but I'd recommend downloading Yango (like Zambia's Uber) before you go. And have cash to pay the drivers; the credit card feature on Yango is weird."

"Our stay at AVANI Victoria Falls Resort in Livingstone, Zambia, was nothing short of extraordinary. What began as a joint birthday getaway for two best friends became an unforgettable celebration filled with adventure, laughter, breathtaking scenery, remarkable wildlife encounters, and exceptional hospitality. A special spotlight belongs to Ritah, our phenomenal Guest Services Guru! Her warmth, kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine intentionality made our experience truly...

"We arrived later in evening. Property was poorly lit. The paths to our room hardly had any lighting. During the night the power kept going out. The next morning,we went to get breakfast before we left for the day. The information in the room says 6:30 am. They wouldn't let me sit in the room. Breakfast wasn't being put out when we left at 7:15 am. Friday, we were gone most of the morning and our room had no clean towels and wasn't cleaned. We had to go and ask. It was questionable if we were...

"It is a little bit far from central town but quietness and Value for Money is great"
