"No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one. "

Excellent location just steps from the Chateau and several good restaurants. Staff is pleasant and courteous. Free parking inside the gate to the hotel a nice touch. Great value for the money."

"This is a very basic motel, most likely a 2 star versus a 3 star. The room was small but comfortable. There were no towels in the room so we had to keep asking reception for them. It's old and needs updating, not to mention noisy at times. The reception is very nice and the breakfast quite adequate. The staff do not speak English but are very nice and helpful."
