"No lift, requested ground floor apologies as none free,but then 2nd floor quite the climb! Limited parking, not disabled friendly.the room clean very dated and torn chairs ,which should be in a skip,cracks in wall ripped wallpaper..However fantastic breakfast and thanks for accommodating autistic grandson for his breakfast, it was clean and towels clean but in need of some TLC, staff great , shower gels etc provided steep hill which can't be helped, but fyi for those with mobility issues ."

"The hotel is right on the front jusr a short walk to the pier and beach. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable about area and where good restaurant are etc. The rooms i stay are on the front can see Pier, beach and on occasion the goats and sheep that come down from The Orme. The rooms are spotlessly clean, a decent size. The breakfast is gorgeous and they have a dining room for the dogs and family. Its a short walk to the shops, a lovely walk along prom and just a small uphill walk for the Tram to go up the Great Orme. Just over the road from the hotel you can get a bus up to Great Orme or a Sightseeing bus to Conwy.if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed and like myself will visit time again and again. "Welcoming staff, excellent location close to everything. Very comfortable bed and nice warm, clean room with beautiful sea view. "
