"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. "Very spacious room and amazing location. We used it as base to explore Snowdonia, Anglesey and Llyn peninsula. We travelled with a small baby and they were happy to accommodate us with a cot. Easy and free parking outside the property. Amazing restaurant next door. Staff was so helpful - Marilyn helped me out and literally saved me! Thank you very much. We will be back!"

"The Tilman was not a bad place to stay, it was clean; staff friendly; breakfast was okay but limited if you only like cereals. The menu for evening meal was disappointing, as it was a variation of different burgers and was a bit over priced. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance of The Tilman. If we do go back I would avoid going before Easter as most shops where closed."
