"Police presence throughout the night. Someone running and screaming in the hall ‘they are trying to kill me”. Called 911 x2. Front desk assistant manager Teyana (?) EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. "I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but I heard from another guest that it was delicious. I did feel safe and environment was very clean. The staff greeted us with a simile very personal & friendly. I had an excellent stay again I will chose the hotel again for the Spring Fling and I will be coming back."

"I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. "There was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room and there was nothing, not even a coffee pot. Half the outlets didn't work, the bed lights didn't work, there was no ice machine, no remote for the TV and they are infested with roaches! We went to the front desk twice and noone was ever there."

"We booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and when we showed up to the property, and went to our rooms, they were very dirty. There were stains on the bed, debris on the carpet and damage to the furniture. We were not comfortable staying there and left. We booked at a different hotel and stayed there. We contacted Expedia for a refund (we took video of the room) and have not heard back. They said that the manager of the hotel was not there."
