"1. We arrived and first impressions was the room was a bit outdated in decor but smelled clean. That and a decent bed were the only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1. 2. The desk chair was broken when we arrived. I called the front desk and the super came with a folding chair and left the broken one in the room anyway. 3. Lightbulb out in a lamp in the room. I called the front desk and the super brought a lightbulb that was still warm. You don't have spare lightbulbs? 4. Fireplace...

"It was a great place for us and our 2 pups! The courtyard room makes it easy access for the dogs. Love the NM decor and feeling of the place. Feels a bit old but very clean, charming and the bed was comfy!"

"The property is very dated, dark and depressing. There is no grass or yard around the pool area, and you had to go through a colony of gophers to get to the pool. The breakfast was good, but the area again was dark, hot and grease smelling. Never again!"

"Wonderful B&B. Rooms are wonderful. Large rooms. Only 3-4 minutes to center of town. Breakfast each day was great. Can’t believe there are better options on places to stay. Highly recommend."

"This accommodation is positioned outside of town in a local neighborhood. While the property is not in a remote location, it is relatively enclosed with obscured views of nearby residential streets and houses. The guesthouse features a relatively small number of rooms each with individual external access. The rooms open to a central courtyard with external seating outside of most of them. Guests have access to a small cozy dining area open 24/7 that features coffee/tea, small library of books...

"Our patio did not have chairs, requested for two to be brought to room. That did not happen . Sad such a small request could not happen. Valet’s service was good, but seemed like an inconvenience for staff to assist. Overall rating would be 3.5. They could do better"
