"Very nice hotel. Reception, bar and restaurant was clean, stunning and very welcoming. We had a meal and blimey it was big! Staff very attentive and always there to ask if everything was OK. Room was big a spacious, very clean. Very quiet and didn't hear a thing from the tribute band going on down stairs. Will definitely recommend and even stay again ourselves."

"Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff."

"We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation."
