"Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour. Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain."

"We have just returned from a lovely overnight stay at Tyn y Coed to celebrate my boyfriends Birthday, couldn't fault a thing, staff couldn't do enough for us, room was clean, warm and comfortable, the food was outstanding,we ate our evening meal there and also breakfast which was delicious. "Lovely accommodation but a barking dog waking you in the morning isn’t what need on Easter Sunday. Great food but waiting an hr for simple breakfast to be served is silly "

"Arrived at the property after travelling for over 2 hours for a 2 night stay, there was a sign on the desk stating the boiler had broken and there was no hot water. They had known about this for over 24 hours and had not got in touch so we could make alternate arrangements. Due to this we, and the late notice we could not find anywhere else. They also stated they could not give us a refund and this would have to be done through Expedia so we would not of had the money to stay somewhere else...

"Superior room was excellent, welcoming and well presented on arrival. The guests living room was a great place to spend a cosy evening in front of the wood burning stove. Breakfast was excellent, fresh produce and good choice, and the fresh eggs were memorable. The electric charge point was a bonus. "
