"Great little gem of a hotel centrally located downtown. They offer free bike rentals which we used to bike around Stanley park and area (ask for the bike lane map at the front desk). Rooms are comfortable and the central area is fun to hang out by the fire and heat lamps under the palm trees, especially with the free mocktails offered at happy hour. Unique and quaint place, with very helpful staff, recommend! "

"Really lovely in a great location. No concierge-having to send ID in advance was odd— but it does feel like a hotel. Our room was off the rooftop garden, nice bonus walkout, high ceilings, nicely appointed kitchen"

Very friendly staff at the reception with stand out staff member Kiti who organised everything that was needed. We even got a VIP service with our luggage to the train station. The breakfast is good but is a fixed menu with 5 choices and letting gluten free customers down in terms of choices.
