"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, my first impression was so poor that I genuinely felt like leaving immediately.
The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the bathroom had a strong musty, mouldy smell.
