"I booked a room here with two beds two months in advance because it was in close proximity to our venue. Advised upon arrival that they only had rooms with a king-size bed. The girl at the desk had started employment that day as cleaning staff and was left all alone to process guests. She phoned the owner/manager for assistance, which was fruitless. The second time she called, he spoke to me and gave me some excuse about problems with the portal and it was their fault regarding the room...

The bathroom was also not clean, with hairs left behind, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the place felt dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here."

"I have been staying with family at Niagara falls since long.staff at this hotel was very rude and uncooperative.In the night time heating was closed.we tried to contact but the office was closed.NO contact number was provided on the website for service related issues.we suffered through out the night in extreme cold.In the morning when we were checking out,I complained the aged man from Indian origon showed a very rude behavior. Most probabely the power Fuse was off at somewhere closed to...

"Paid parking for overnight stay plus they only gave us 1 toliet paper in the room. The condition of the washroom was terrible condition. The TV have no decent channels. They never provided us the Wifi. Luckily we only stayed 1 night. "
