"I just needed a place for 1 night. It was perfect, the thruway was close. Yes..it was dated but very clean. I did online booking and check in was a breeze. And I was able to park right in front of my room."

"I travel to Ithaca often for work. My room (single king) was spacious and clean, a good table to do work. It was on the first floor, which I wasn't thrilled with. However, the desk is manned 24/7, so I felt a little better about it. There is a nature trail close by, if you're able, I recommend brining sneakers that can get muddy or hiking boots if you want to get some exercise outside of the small gym. Overall, good experience. "My room nightstand was cover with maple syrup and coffee!!! The coffee stain was huge, how could it be missed! The clock had caked on dust so thick you couldn’t read the time. The lamp base on this nightstand had many long hairs on it! The bathtub drain didn’t work so you stood in your own dirty water! Who knows when the last time was that the bathroom floor was mopped… many stains. I had to get disinfectant from front desk to clean room and bathroom."

The room was spacious and comfortable, clean bed and clean bathroom, "but"... carpet floor in the room was d-i-r-t-y/filthy, reason i noticed is because my earing fell off, when looking for it, it's when i realized the conditions of it, makes you wonder how often the rooms are vacuumed."

"Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good; really enjoy speaking with the breakfast staff. Nice property, my first choice when visiting Ithaca."

"The tub was filthy, the room was supposed to be non smoking but it didnt smell that way. Couldnt get the tv to work, And the place housed the homeless. I didnt feel safe at all."
